They say a spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down -but- a dose of carmen will bring it back up -- use sparingly, or liberally... whichever tickles your fancy.

It happened again...
It has happened again. My morning on-the-train sleep has this time delivered me to:
Museum Station... four stops from where I was meant to get off!
So I walked up the stairs and down to the opposite platform and caught the train to St James... an alternative to Town Hall, which I also missed...
